WHO ARE WE?

Céline and Thomas, or Cécé and Toto: the dynamic duo of gastronomy and international escapades! We’ve been together for almost five years, and we’ve travelled the globe like true culinary explorers. We’ve savoured the wonders of Polynesia, perfected our haka in New Zealand, and tried to grasp Greek philosophy while enjoying moussakas.

In Eastern Europe, we’ve delved into the mysteries of borscht and pierogi, while in France, we spent more time admiring croissants than making them. But that’s not all: we also managed a restaurant, with Céline serving with such grace she could’ve been a ballerina between the tables, and Thomas in the kitchen, where he reinvented chicken basquaise and scrubbed pots with almost military precision.

Our love for French gastronomy is so strong, you might think your dreams are filled with gratins dauphinois and cheese soufflés. But what really makes our relationship special is our ability to always keep smiling, even when we’re arguing about the best way to fold a napkin or cook a "soufflé" without it collapsing.

In short, we’re the couple trying to make the world a tastier and more fun place, one plate of croissants and one laugh at a time.
