Who am I?

My name is Thomas, or Toto to friends, and I’m passionate about the ocean. I was lucky enough to grow up in the idyllic setting of Tahiti. This paradise island has shaped my love for travel and adventure, and allowed me to experience the diverse cultures and stunning landscapes of this part of the world. I am also a black belt and a judo instructor for young people.

Throughout my life, I’ve explored many areas of the Pacific, soaking up local traditions and enriching myself with each new experience. My professional background is rich and varied: I’m currently a sales representative in the joinery and cabinetry sector, where I express my creativity and attention to detail. I also started and ran my own joinery and interior design business, working on ambitious projects and collaborating with discerning clients. (So, I can lay tiles, install flooring, and handle electrical or plumbing work. I’ve managed several construction sites and have a good overall view of building.)

But beyond my career in construction, my true passion lies in cooking. From a young age, I’ve worked in the hospitality industry, an experience that has deeply influenced my love for culinary arts. I love spending time preparing delicious dishes, experimenting with new recipes, and sharing convivial moments around the table. Cooking is a form of expression and pleasure for me, and I pay great attention to every detail to offer tasty and refined creations.

Naturally optimistic, cheerful, and humorous, I enjoy bringing a good mood to everything I do, whether it's work or cooking. My holistic approach combines my skills in joinery and gastronomy, enriched by my personal experience in building and renovating houses and apartments.

I’m always on the lookout for new challenges and opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. My unique background, blending travel, entrepreneurship, construction, and a deep culinary passion, allows me to bring a distinctive perspective to everything I undertake.
